Renting in Queensland - a quick overview of the rules for renting in Queensland, including starting during and ending tenancies, tips on resolving disputes and who is covered by the Act.
Starting a Tenancy – covers tenancy applications, deposits, tenancy agreements, entry condition reports and payment of bond and rent in advance.
Rent and Other Charges - includes tenant liability for rent and service charges, rent receipts and records, rent arrears and solving disputes over rent or other payments.
