The Tenants’ Union’s regional offices in Cairns and Pialba provide advice via the 1300 advice line. If you are calling the 1300 advice line from a regional area you will be answered by your closest regional office during their advice hours.

The Tenants’ Union offices each have a single advice line. If the line is busy keep trying!
