Indigenous Fact Sheets

The TUQ Indigenous Tenant Education Program (ITEP) is based in the Tenants’ Union’s North Queensland Office in Cairns. Currently Pat Cora is the ITEP worker. Pat regularly travels round the North Queensland area to meet with tenants and their communities and provide information about tenancy law and tenant rights.

The ITEP program has developed this series of 9 one-page fact sheets for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tenants. These fact sheets have plain English on one side and Creole translations on the other. You can download ITEP fact sheets here. Printed ITEP facts sheets are full colour and include original artwork.
